EASTS2025 Conference Registration website and Payment options

Dear EASTS2025 Conference Participants

The registration website for the EASTS Conference 2025 is now live. Please note that the payment is currently available via bank transfer only, and additional payment options will follow shortly. So, we would like to ask you to complete the registration first, and wait for your payment if you prefer the additional payment opition (not bank transfer). The detail procedure of the additional payment option will be announced on the conference website.

Registration Deadline information (Presenter registration, Early-bird Registration):

• Updated Conference Registration Deadline for Paper Presenters:
  The registration deadline for all paper presenters (both reviewed and non-reviewed) has been extended to July 16, 2025.
  Please ensure your registration is completed by this date to confirm your participation.
• Early Bird Registration Payment Deadline:
  To take advantage of the early bird rate, please complete your payment by July 31, 2025.
