・Asian Transport Studies (ATS)
Asian Transport Studies (ATS) is a peer-reviewed international open-access journal published by Elsevier starting with Volume 6 in 2020. Initially, it was published on J-STAGE from 2010, covering Volumes 1 to 5, before transitioning to Elsevier. ATS publishes original research papers, special issue papers, and selected papers from the biennial International Conference. ATS journal also accepts manuscripts submitted by general authors, similar to other international peer-reviewed journals. Authors may submit their manuscripts at any time. Special issues may be prioritized. Calls for special issues are announced on the journal’s official website.

The Journal of the Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies is a peer-reviewed international open-access journal published on J-STAGE. It was first published in 1995 in conjunction with the inaugural International Conference of EASTS. The journal publishes selected papers from the biennial international conference.

How to submit your paper to the EASTS Journals
All papers in the Journal/Proceedings of the EASTS and some of papers in ATS are selected from the papers which are presented in the biennial international conference of EASTS. The presenter in the EASTS conference should be a regular member of EASTS. If you want to submit your paper to them, please submit it to the biennial international conference of EASTS and become a EASTS regular member (how to become a member). The first announcement of the biennial international conference is usually opened in our website around 12 months before the conference (the deadline of the reviewed papers submission is usually 8-9 months before the conference). Note that ATS is an open academic journal that is published regularly on line. It also accepts submissions of general papers any time in addition to the papers selected from the EASTS conference.
