Since the submitted papers are still on the process of peer review due to the deadline extension of reviewed paper submission, the “Important dates” has been changed from the original schedule as follows:
– Notification of review results of full papers: May 21, 2015 -> June 20, 2015
– Deadline of submission of revised papers: July 11, 2015 -> July 11, 2015 (no change)
– Deadline of registration for presentation at the Conference: July 11, 2015 -> July 11, 2015 (no change)
This is a reminder that only two weeks left for the submission of non-reviewed papers to EASTS Conference at Cebu. The deadline is 17:00 Japan Standard Time in April 1. EASTS ISC will not extend the deadline this time due to the busy schedule for the publication.

This is the final call for papers of EASTS Conference 2015 at Cebu. The new deadline is 17:00 Japan Standard Time on February 28.
The EASTS ISC has decided to extend the deadline of full paper submission for Cebu Conference 2015 by the end of this month. We will welcome many papers by the new deadline of 17:00 Japan Standard Time in February 28. Just a short note to remind you that both academic and practical reviewed papers should be submitted by the deadline to process the peer-review system. Only the non-reviewed papers which are not selected into EASTS Proceedings, EASTS Journal, or ATS are allowed to submit their abstracts by April 1, 2015.

The 3nd Call for Papers of the 11th EASTS Conference in Cebu, Philippines on September 11-14, 2015, has been just released here. A new paper award “OCDI Takeuchi Yoshio Special Award”, sponsored by The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI), will be newly established from the coming Cebu Conference.

a) To those who submitted a paper to the 10th EASTS in Taipei:
In order to avoid a user-ID duplication for paper submission, you will be sent an e-mail including your “user name” and “password” required by the paper submission site by December 24. Due to a setting for your mail filtering, the mail may be dropped in junk mail box. Please check your mailbox carefully. If you fail to receive the mail, please contact us as soon as possible.
NOTE: Please do not register user-ID as a new user. Thank you for your cooperation.
b) To those who did not submit any paper to the 10th EASTS in Taipei:
Please register yourself as a first-time user from “Register now”, and follow the instructions.
