We are pleased to share the tentative program for the EASTS 2025 Conference.
The listed session chairs are provisional and will be confirmed in the final program, which we plan to post next week (before the conference begins).
If you notice any errors (e.g., paper titles, authors, presenter assignments), please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct them.
Oral Session Guidance:
Please prepare a 12-minute presentation to allow time for Q&A and discussion.
Poster Session Guidance:
- Poster size: A1 (594 mm × 841 mm)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Template: No specific template required
- Preparation: Please print and bring your poster to the venue
- Mounting: Double-sided tape will be provided at the venue for attaching posters to the panels
Publication Requirement:
To be eligible for publication in the EASTS Proceedings or Journals, your paper must be registered for the conference and presented at the conference. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from publication.
