Congratulations to all presenters whose papers have been accepted for presentation at the EASTS Conference 2025!
To help you proceed smoothly through the next steps, we have summarised the relevant responsibilities and contact points below. Please read carefully to avoid delays caused by misdirected requests.
- International Scientific Committee (ISC)
📌 Responsible only for the paper review process.
📩 Contact: isc@easts.info/easts_isc@chula.ac.th - Invitation Letters for Visa and Participation
📌 Handled exclusively by the Indonesian Conference Organizing Committee.
📩 Contact: easts16_2025@mti.or.id - EASTS Membership Applications
📌 Managed by the EASTS Secretariat Office, including applications from authors in non-EASTS countries.
📩 Contact: membership@easts.info
*All presenters must obtain a valid EASTS Membership ID prior to the conference. This is required for both conference presentation/registration and journal submission.
- If your country has a Domestic Society (DS) affiliated with EASTS, you must apply for your membership through that DS.
- If you are from a country without a recognised DS, you may apply for membership directly through the EASTS Secretariat Office.
You can find the contact information for each EASTS Domestic Society and more details at the following official page: https://easts.info/ds/
🔹 Important: Please send your inquiries to the correct contact. Each office can only assist with matters within their responsibility. Mixing up requests will likely delay the response or result in your issue not being processed.
We hope this clarifies the process and helps you move forward efficiently.
