Dear all EASTS members,

The EASTS (Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies) secretariat are planning to have a small meeting during TRB (Transportation Research Board) annual meeting (Washington DC, United States of America).

Room/ Venue: TBA / Marriott Marquis

Some of EASTS researchers had seen each other at the venue during the past TRB meetings, but it will be an great opportunity for us to discuss our future and to extend research network outside of the Asian countries.

This is our first trial to have a networking event during the TRB conference, and I need to know how many colleagues will come to the meeting so as to think about preparing beverages and snacks or lunch. (Please understand it depends on attendance and limited budget.)
