Dear EASTS members,

This is a reminder of the call for special issues for Asian Transport Studies (ATS).

Previously, ATS only accepted papers submitted to EASTS Conference. From Volume 4, ATS will accept papers from general authors, just like other journals. Those accepted papers will be published in Issues 3 and 4, which will be published in March 1 and September 1, 2017, respectively. To encourage paper submissions, ATS first calls for two special issues: one for Issue 3 and the other for Issue 4. Those who would like to organize aspecial issue, as guest editors, are welcome to submit a proposal to the editor-in-chief of ATS, Prof. Junyi Zhang (asmo[at]hiroshima-u.ac.jp), by January 31, 2015. Proposals dealing with Asia-specific transport-related issues will be highly evaluated. For details, please visit
