EASTS NEWS 1: Financial Support from Korean Society of Transportation (January, 2012)

In the 2010 EASTS Conference in Jeju, the Korean Society of Transportation (Domestic Society of EASTS in Korea) has decided to contribute up to 30% of the fund for financial support for paper presenters.

Thirty percent (30%) of 6,425,000 Japanese Yen is about 1,927,500 Yen. It will be included in the fund for financial support for paper presenters of the next conference in Taipei.

The Korean Transport Institute (KOTI) has contributed to this opportunity in addition to the another financial support of 35 million Korean Won for 2010, which is based on the memorandum of agreement between KOTI and EASTS (see below).
